Workers started the dismantling of the Crystal Lake South High School bleachers on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015. The district's attorney, as well as those representing the city, the property owners and the McHenry County Regional Office of Education, are scheduled to appear before McHenry County Judge Michael Chmiel at 1:30 p.m. Thursday to discuss where they're at in the negotiations.
