Artist and cartographer, Tom Willcockson, poses with his recently published book, Twelve Moons, in his Woodstock home Tuesday. Willcockson did the illustrations and some text for the book, which outlines a year in the life of two Native American tribes who occupied the Mississippi River Valley from 1817-1818. He is currently working on another book about the journey on the Illinios and Michigan Canal in 1860.
