Salon C owner Caitlin O'Neill works on Rich Czeslawski of Crystal Lake, her first appointment on Friday, May 29, 2020 in Crystal Lake since reopening from the state mandated closures on Saturday March 21. "I love my business and what I've built," said O'Neill, adding "I'm excited to see everyone again." O'Neill, with help from Home State Bank and the PPP loan, was able to bring back all of her employees, though they will be working extra hours and separate shifts to compensate for being able to only seat 50% capacity.
