Rick Bamman - hbamman@shawmedia.com Keystone Hatchery employee Wayne Sabatino releases a net full of trout into Lake Atwood on Tuesday. “It's nice,” Sabatino said. “People are always happy to see their fish.” To get their hooks on some of the trout, residents can purchase an Inland Trout Stamp from the IDNR for $6.50, according to the agency's website. That permit allows each angler to catch five trout a day.
