The Summer Lunch Program, sponsored by the Northern Illinois Food Bank, began on June 1 and goes through August 14 from 11am to 1pm. at Ladd Park. This is the fifth year of the program, which provides free lunches to families with students 18 years old and under. Volunteers have seen a large increase in demand, serving over 100 meals each day.

There is a limit of two per person per day. Although the second annual Woodstock Pride event was canceled due to the coronavirus, a new promenade event has taken its place this year, happening on Sunday, June 14. The event requires registration on Facebook and will list various locations which have decorated for the Pride. Attendees are encouraged to visit and show their support.
