The sandbags were delivered at around 3 am, after the worst part of the flooding on Willow Street, which occurred around 4 to 10pm, according to residents. Sloan, Phillip Barnes, Mark Korczyk, and Gary Jenson helped each other grab sandbags for any upcoming surprise storms. The neighbors realized that other residents were in more immediate danger of flooding and were happy to have the sandbags, despite arriving after the worst part.
