The female driver of a maroon Dodge Caliber drives past Department of Transportation workers monitoring water levels, past a sign warning of flooded road conditions, past a Hampshire police car, around an Office of Emergency Management vehicle with lights on and partially blocking the road, and into a deep section of water covering Big Timber Road at the intersection of Ridgecrest Dr. before being flagged down by the OEM worker directing traffic around the flood on Thursday, June 21, 2018 in Hampshire. The driver was able to back out of the deep water without getting stuck.
