The boat was quickly approaching the Algonquin dam, so they held on to the Algonquin Road bridge to keep from going over.

The couple were approaching the Port Edward Restaurant for lunch when the engine stalled. ALGONQUIN – Grace Leseth n was pulled from the Fox River during a water rescue, her husband said. "It was very surreal," Grace Leseth said. "It was just like a horror movie because we had just seconds to react."
