Police investigate Tuesday, July 26, a two vehicle crash at the Three Oaks Road and Rt. 31 intersection. Accroding to scanner reports, the crash involved an on duty Illinois State Police trooper. Traffic was slowed in the area because of lanes being blocked by emergincy vehicels and debris. There were no reported injuries.
