Woodstock police officer Kevin Tietz attempts to handcuff a Classic Cinemas' costumed chipmunk character played by employee Dominika Bazyl as they entertain children at Woodstock theater's Wednesday morning movie series. Children were also allowed to explore a police squad SUV, run the lights and siren before watching the Penguins of Madagascar. The Wednesday morning movie series runs through August 5th.
