Smart Bar CEO William Metropulos recently launched a robot-bartender idea he'd been developing in his head for about 20 years, convincing a handful of engineers to work for free developing the idea. After about two and a half years of work, Smart Bar is in stadiums and casinos already and preparing for a much larger launch later this year.
