Independent trucker and resident of Arizona, Bob Geisman fills out his log book after making a fuel stop at The TA Travel Center in Hampshire Tuesday during his trip through Chicago to Alabama. Geisman has spent 33 years driving the highways across the country. He pretreated and weatherized his truck in Tennessee last week before making his way north. Geisman's cold weather tips include "When starting the vehicle in the cold, do not rev the engine. The fluids have the consistancy of molasess and the liquids need some time to warm up and circulate though the engine to lbricate the parts."
