The Crystal Lake Central High School cheerleading team preforms the routine they will showcase at the state championship this weekend during practice on Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2017. This season the team won sectionals.

Crystal Lake Central High School cheerleading Head Coach Elizabeth Brauneis leads the team through visualizing their routine, a ritual the team does before preforming. Brauneis has been coaching the cheerleading team for seven years.
