City Engineer Victor Ramierez hands out jelly beans baged to look like medication during the Strategic Medical Dispensing Drill Sunday. Jim Moore, Crystal Lake Fire Chief, said that one of the most beneficial parts of the drill is that everyone, not just police and fire, are participating like they would in a real world situation.
