Prairie Ridge High School commercial foods students Jackie Siffrar (left) and Claire Pipia (cq) prepare thier sandwhich for taste testing. The commercial foods and marketing classes teamed up to create Duke’s special menu for April. The marketing class analyzed the restaurant, and the commercial foods class worked with the data to create menu selections in six categories: appetizers, soup/salad, sandwich, burger, entrée, and a vegetable side.
