Earlier in the year the village filed and ordinance complaint regarding the property because it has been falling into disrepair since it was bought by Huntley Investment Partners LLC in April, which consists of California-based Craig Realty Group, Chicago’s Prime Group Inc. and Elgin’s Capital Realty and Development.
