A rostted tomato and lime salsa was canned by Amanda Olsen in her Woodstock home. Olsen teaches a class on canning and food preservation, kind of like one of those drink wine and paint kind of things except you get to take home a jar of what you canned instead of a piece of art. She remembers being about 7 years old and canning with her great grandma, and has relearned as an adult.
