Kayla Wolf - for Shaw Media Following an executive session, closed to the public, the District 155 Board of Education votes on accepting the resignation of superintendent Johnnie Thomas and votes on appointing Steve Olson as interim superintendent of the district during a special meeting Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2017 in Crystal Lake. Steve Olson was the principal of Crystal Lake Central prior to this appointment.
