Salvation Army volunteers Randi Murawski (left) and Zach Ciochon prepare 40 lunches on Wednesday at the Salvation Army community center in Crystal Lake. Recognizing the gap in consistent lunchtime meals for the homeless and people in need, the Salvation Army of McHenry County will start offering offering brown bag lunches this month and continue through September.
