Crystal Lake public works water division employee Eric Penkava flushes a hydrant along Ashton Ln. on Monday, April 6, 2015. The Spring Hydrant Flushing Program was delayed this year because of colder than normal temperatures. Signs will be posted along roadways indicating when flushing is scheduled in neighborhoods.
