Rebel Souls lead guitarist Lothar Wagner plays a guitar solo during a performance of "Jealous Again" by The Black Crowes at a River Relief Benefit on N. Harrison in Algonquin, Ill. to raise money for those affected by the Fox River flood Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017. Other events of the afternoon and evening included food vendors, business expo, market, and a bags tournament. Historic flooding caused festival organizers to first move the event from downtown Algonquin to Algonquin Lakes Elementary School before canceling the festival all together. Founders’ Days has been held in downtown Algonquin since 1961, according to the organization’s website.
