Home Towne Electric employee Max Wesner of Bristol, Wis., cuts a wire previously holding a temporary traffic light at the intersection of Jandus Cutoff and Northwest Highway Friday, Feb. 20, 2015 in Cary. The new traffic lights, part of a larger project at the intersection, are now operational. The estimated 1.5 million dollar project is expected to realign Jandus Cutoff and add traffic signal improvements to safely facilitate traffic to the nearby industrial park.
